Teachers in every community, are forced to spend money out of their own pocket to teach our children. In fact, the average public school teacher spends over $450 on school supplies to fund their classroom projects.*
Volkswagen and Ontario Volkswagen want to help our teachers.
Visit Ontario Volkswagen during the Drive Bigger Event, you can receive a gifting card to DonorsChoose.org*, where you’ll select and help fund a classroom project that inspires you.

Working with DonorsChoose.org
DonorsChoose.org is the leading platform for giving to public schools. Teachers across America use the site to create projects requesting resources their students need, and donors give to the projects that inspire them. Since its founding by a Bronx teacher in 2000, 3.5 million people and partners have given more than $750 million to projects, reaching 30 million students.
The ambition for the Drive Bigger Event is to impact even more classrooms, schools, students
and teachers across the country.
When you think about it, Drive Bigger is actually grounded in everything we do. It’s the reason our doors make that solid sound when closing them. It’s the reason why our metal is pressed five times instead of the standard four. It’s the reason why we laser weld the seams as opposed to using a rubber seal. With so many reasons like this, you may well think that our cars gave us the idea. And you know what? You might be right.
Q: What is Drive Bigger?
Drive Bigger is Volkswagen’s viewpoint of building vehicles with other drivers and higher causes in mind. It’s about building a company, cars and communities that are bigger than ourselves.
Q: Features and technology in relation to Drive Bigger?
Features talk about how they serve a higher purpose. More space means more people can come along. A turbocharged engine means you can get to the people and things that matter.
Q: What is VW doing as a company to embrace Drive Bigger?
To Volkswagen, Drive Bigger isn’t just a slogan, it’s a calling to a higher purpose. The cars we design and build and the causes we support are grounded in the Drive Bigger viewpoint.
