Walked in and was greeted with a smile from one of the managers, Robert. Then we got to meet a great sales guy, Dennard. Dennard knew all the ins and outs of the GTI and was very patient with the extra long test drive, answering questions the entire time. Robert was great to negotiate prices and was an engaging person to make a deal with. After that we got moved to the finance guy, Noe. Noe was a very nice guy and even helped us shave a bit off our payments and final out the door pricing. Everyone that helped us NEVER made us feel pressured or had the “typical salesman personality”. I’m looking at you Ontario Honda…… Needless to say, we did not buy a cheaper civic at that Honda. Instead I spent a lot more at Volkswagen for a better feeling car and better people to talk to. It felt like each person was personally helping you out. It was a good purchase. Drove away feeling just as excited with the car as when we first came in. Side notes: Dennard: thanks for being a great sales guy, had a lot of fun talking to you and hopefully you don’t have to see snow ever again LOL Robert: your greeting at the beginning really set the tone for the whole thing. It felt welcoming. thanks for being a nice manager to talk to, and I liked the watch you had on. I believe it had a blue bezel on it. Ontario Volkswagen team is absolutely amazing. I have been with Ontario Volkswagen for 20 years and I love my Atlas Cross Sport and will continue to keep my loyalty with them as they have been with me. I highly recommend going to this dealership when you are ready to buy or lease a car.

Great transparent, detailed up front experience. I initiated my inquiry over the phone and they took the time to work thru the options and everything was explained to my satisfaction. I recently sent my Volkswagen ID.4 to Ontario Volkswagen for maintenance and to fix some recalls. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. My car has been stuck there for over two weeks, and I haven't received a single call from their service advisors to explain what is happening or to keep me updated. Every time I call them, I get no useful information. It feels like they're trying to hide something and avoid being transparent about what is really going on with my car. To make matters worse, they have now started to decline my phone calls altogether. This lack of communication and transparency is completely unacceptable. I trusted Ontario Volkswagen with my vehicle, and they've done nothing but disappoint. I expected much better service from a dealership representing such a reputable brand. Avoid this place if you value your time and peace of mind.

We went into Ontario VW after looking extensively at the options to add a new vehicle to our family. We decided to look at a Taos. We walked into Ontario VW and were immediately greeted by Mo who took us to all the available Taos to see what was available. We decided on one after a test drive and the purchase process continued to be made easy by Mo, his manager Brian and at the end once we agreed on price.. Eduardo in Finance. Everyone was extremely kind, friendly and did not make a normally stressful situation hard. They in fact all made it easier and smoother for us. We were impressed with how attentive everyone was even the entire service department who checked on us while we waited for paperwork. With Mo checking on us as well we felt very well taken care of. After the handshakes and smiles from the entire sales team our family now had a vehicle we are proud to say came from Ontario VW and would highly recommend and return to in the future. Service department is top notch. Very thorough vehicle inspection and let's you know what needs to be fixed now and what can be fixed later.

Alvaro was amazing. He made the car leasing experience a breeze. He worked with our limited time frame to make sure everything was as efficient as possible. Also, you didn't have the exact car I wanted on the lot, but within 24 hours it was there and I was driving it home.

My service tech was nice, kind and provided a lot of help and communication. I was in and out with zero concern or worry.

Dennard was our sales associate and he was terrific! He took the time to go over multiple quotes for different vehicles and was very helpful and not pushy at all when helping us with our decision. Everything was going smoothly and then we got to financing. It was very confusing in this part of the negotiation and Eduardo was not helpful in this regard. He was not clear in his explanation of the various parts of the deal and was distracted through the process. At different points between documents, he was on his phone and we had to wait for him to explain what we were signing. At one point he was as confused going over the price breakdown as we were! We felt uncomfortable throughout the financing process. We also didn't appreciate the continued push to purchase add-ons. Overall, Dennard was great and we recommend him very highly. But the financing department personnel soured our experience.

Removal of Lyft or Uber option from Dealership. I do rely heavily on the option to schedule a ride home from the dealership as I have no other option to return home.

The entire process was seamless until one of the managers started to question if we even had the cash in the bank to cover the cost of the car since we were buying it cash. We felt offended by that, obviously we had the money or we would not have made a cash offer. It was late on Sunday evening and we were trying to figure out the best way to pay, he assumed we did not have the money and that is why we were racking our brains trying to figure this out. The person at financing was very short with us, he either had a bad day or a long day, we were his last customers for the day, but I felt that we were owed the same courtesy as if we had been first of the day. He did not even say, "congratulations". He made us feel as if we were a burden.

They kept their word about getting my car fixed even though the part was in back order

I was there to correct 4 recalls. i think, I should've gotten a gas fill-up, car wash, something. it ended up costing ME money to get them fixed, cause i had to Uber to work.. very disappointed... Alvaro was amazing. It was the smoothest car buying transaction I have ever experienced.
